Hatha Yoga Flow Classes
Basic instructions are given using key words with the focus on feeling the essence of Yoga through the connection of the body, mind and spirit.
Each class varies depending on the level, age and abilities of the students. Students vary from beginners to teachers. As students progress, so do the classes.
Classes start with focus and breathing exercises, then a light warm-up to prepare the body, followed by the Sun Salutation, continuing into postures and finishing with final relaxation with a short meditation.
The goal of the class is to give students the feeling of yoga. The Sun Salutation and postures are used to release tension and stress in the body, so students can have a deep relaxation leaving the class relaxed and refreshed.
